2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Orders must be paid in full before delivery.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via certified courier services.

  • Delivery within Lahore: 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery in other cities: 4–6 business days.

  • Customers must refuse to accept any opened or damaged parcels at delivery time.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days if products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds exclude delivery/shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned items.

5. Product Quality & Warranty

  • We ensure a 100% color guarantee against fading.

  • In case of any manufacturing defect, customers are eligible for an exchange.

  • Our products are made from premium materials with strict quality control.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Bedding Tribe is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
